To request a routine appointment

• phone us on 01268 566 400, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and on Fridays from 9am to 1pm
• visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and on Fridays from 9am to 1pm

When you get in touch, you will be asked what you need help with.  We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

To request an urgent same day appointment, contact us on 01268 566 400, Monday to Friday at 8am.

Same day urgent appointments are subject to availability.

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

• by phone
• face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone call can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible for us to offer the appointment to someone else.

To cancel your appointment please contact us on 01268 566400, Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6.30pm and on Fridays from 8am to 2pm, so the appointment can be offered to somebody else.
