Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Under government advice we have moved to a total triage system. If you feel you need an appointment and/or want to talk to a doctor please contact the surgery by telephone on 01268 566400 ONLY. If you enter the surgery to do so we will immediately ask you to leave and telephone the surgery instead. If after speaking to the doctor they feel you need to be seen face to face an appointment will be made for you to come to the surgery.
If you are suffering from any respiratory symptoms such as cough, temperature (fever) and / or sore throat, however mild DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY.
For those who are concerned that they may have Coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who has, the NHS 111 online service has created Coronavirus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances. These can be accessed at: https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19
Please use NHS 111 online services in preference to calling NHS 111 as they are experiencing incredibly high call volumes.

If you require a repeat prescription please do not come to the surgery to drop off your request. Instead telephone the surgery on 01268 566400 and we will process it for you over the phone and send your prescription electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. We will not let you come to the surgery to pick up a paper prescription.
Please do not request increased quantities of medication or just in case medication. We will not process these requests. We all need to preserve the fragile supply chain of essential medicines.
